We're getting a credit too... not a whole lot but its something!

We should be closing any day now. We are waiting on the title company to do the title up than we'll be moving in!
We're guessing sometime within the coming week so we're busting our butts to get everything ready to move! WOOHOO!

Yay! I can't wait. We're upgrading. Our house is 1970 square feet and we're upgrading to 2400-2600. Right now, we're doing repairs and storing clutter at a storage place to get ready to put it on the market. We hope to be in our new place by June 30th, the deadline for the homebuyer's credit. I'm so excited!

Thanks! We are really hoping so as well. He had another interview for a different job yesterday which makes less than the other one but more than he makes now.

Oh and I can't believe I didn't even mention that I got a new car right before Christmas. 2006 Hyundai Tuson, I finally got an SUV like I have always wanted.

Oh okay LOL Well I'm doing good looking for a job right now I had to get on warefare which is okay with me b/c it is helping me alot but I will not be on it my whole life. My girls are great growing up so fast acting like they are older then there age lol Thank you for asking. Hey ladies! I know, I know keep saying that I need to get back here more often and I really do think about you all but I have been just so busy.. more tired than anything, also been having "morning" sickness here and there. I had my first doctor's appointment on February 10th.. you knew the basic stuff. I had my first ultrasound on the 15th and the baby is doing great with a heartbeat of 169 bpm and measuring 16mm long. My due date is September 24th, which Rob and my 5 year wedding anniversary; making me 10 1/2 weeks today. Hopefully this morning sickness will stop soon but thankfully, it has been nothing like when I was pregnant with Katie.

Katie is doing great! She is getting so big. She is just like her mommy, always talking and singing all the time. She amazes me every day. My brother-in-law, Jamie, and his wife, Ruth had their baby last month and when we took Katie to the hospital to see him, she wanted to see the babies. That's all she wanted to see. She didn't get to see TJ (my nephew) because he was in NICU because he was born 5 weeks early. We had to listen to her say over and over, "Babies.. See babies!" There were a few in the newborn nusery so she was happy. She also knows that we are going to have a baby as well. She is super sweet, she kisses my belly and says, "Love you baby." She is such a girly girl, always caring her babies around, kissing them, etc.. I know she is going to be a great big sister.

I know that I have to get some pictures up soon. I actually haven't taken any in awhile. I know, I slacking.. but I will!

Rob had an interview for an upgrade at this job and we are hoping that he gets it because he will be making so much more than what he makes now. We are also hoping to get a new house soon or so I am looking.. I am still at my job and hoping if all goes well, I would like to open my own daycare once the baby is born. If Rob does get the job then maybe just not work at all. I am keeping my fingers crossed and praying.

Well, I guess I better get going since I am at work and my lunch is almost over.. Usually I sleep at my desk but today I couldn't so I thought I would update.

28 Girls, 38 boys before I gave up on each.

I'm so dissapointed that Emma is still a top name. I hate that it's become such a trend. I'm not one for trend naming at all.

My niece is name Genesis Gabriela I've like Genesis!!! I got 11/100 for girls and 6/100 for boys I suck lol
